As Business Developer you have 2 clear missions: maintain and develop the existing markets (export countries) and find new growth opportunities for the company in order to grow the sales and profit.

EXPORT COUNTRIES: Sweden, Switzerland (German part), Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Ireland, Macedonia, Island, Malta, Cyprus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Morocco, Serbia, Australia, Ukraine, Norway, Denmark

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Maintain and grow existing wholesale relations through regular contact, export countries: Sweden, Switzerland (German part), Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Ireland, Macedonia, Island, Malta, Cyprus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Morocco, Serbia, Australia, Ukraine, Norway, Denmark.
  • Ensure customers are kept abreast of promotions and new products to maximize sales. Work collaboratively with wholesalers to understand their specific needs, and provide bespoke solutions. Create sales opportunities by supporting wholesalers with individual offers besides marketing and merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs: new customers, new businesses, new channels, new countries … (such as Pharmacies, Perfumeries, Hotels, Fitness Centers, Beauty chains …)
  • Foster a creative approach to develop new business opportunities through sharing the brands and product portfolio / catalog with wholesalers and their sales-team (trainings). Maintain commercial awareness when planning your workload, ensuring you manage your territory in a time and cost effective manner.

Profiel

  • You have experience working as an Sales Account Manager, in territory management, business development or an export role. Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit targets with strong customer focus. Experience in following business: Beauty & (Hair) Care Devices
  • You are familiar with selling through distribution channels (retail, wholesale organizations…). The ideal candidate has knowledge of the Hair and Beauty industry or more generally beauty industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely and effectively communicate across all levels in English, German, another language is a plus.
